    Double Winners at Holders of Congresbury!!

    "Two is better than one!!" That's when it comes to having NATIONAL WINNERS on your team according to Rex Jeffrey, Holders of Congresbury's Managing Director.


    Back in February SEAT UK announced a list of 25 finalists in a competition to find the 'Best of the Best' in their National Dealer Network of 115 SEAT Dealerships around Great Britain. Holders Service Manager Anthony Harris and Service Advisor Diane Gibbens, made the grade and were invited by SEAT to attend a full day of tough assessments and tasks at the VW Group National Learning Centre in Milton Keynes. 25 finalists battled it out pitching their skills and experience in an effort to win the accolade of being judged the 'Best in Britain' for After Sales Service.


    Anthony and Diane, despite very tough competition from around the country, held their nerve and went on to demonstrate to the judges the strong principles of customer service that form the very DNA of Holders of Congresbury. Both took Gold in their respective categories and at a glitzy Gala Dinner celebration, they were presented with commemorative plaques detailing their achievements.


    Diane and Anthony will go on to represent the United Kingdom in the International Finals held in Barcelona, the home of SEAT Cars and the factory where most of them are made. They will be pitched against the best in the world for Customer Service within the Volkswagen Group franchise, and as the best in the UK, will be sure to give their all.


    Anthony said 'Having participated and won in this competition before, I knew what to expect but was astounded and impressed by the challenges we had to undertake, it was extreme!' Diane added, 'I had been warned by my twin sister Jenny who had made the final back in 2013 what to expect, I won because my preparation was solid and Customer Service at Holders is a daily focus for me'


    Mr Jeffrey commented "We are very proud of our winners, they are very important links within a strong chain of people who work exceedingly hard to maintain and improve Holders commitment to care for our customers. Recognition at this level from an international company the size of VW Group certainly puts Holders of Congresbury, and our award winning team members, on the map!"
