Congresbury Dealership Named Britain's Best

South West car retailer Holders of Congresbury has been named as the UK's best SEAT Dealership.

The Weston Road, (A370) dealership beat off stiff competition from across the sporty Spanish brand's 130 strong nationwide dealer network to claim the prestigious title in the small dealer category.

Points were awarded to each dealership for sales, performance, labour productivity, retail market share in the local area, profit versus turnover and, most importantly, customer satisfaction in all areas of the business.

And when all the points were tallied, Holders were the clear winners. The dealership will now be presented with it's trophy by SEAT UK Director, Peter Wyhinny.

Mr Wyhinny said: 'Our dealer network has expanded significantly over the past 12 months and as a result the competition was especially fierce.

'However, the team at Holders put in an outstanding performance and are truly deserving of all the praise they receive.

'The consistently excellent standards they have delivered in all aspects of their business demonstrates the sky-high level of service the customers can expect when they visit the dealership.

Holders Managing Director, Rex Jeffrey, said: 'We are absolutely delighted to win this award - it's a huge honour and testament to the hard work and dedication of the whole team here.
